Since 1968 Schirner Druckguss GmbH & Co. KG have been manufacturing die cast products for all industries. We produce on state-of-the-art programmable die cast machineries, guaranteeing highest process security.

The machines locking forces of 200-1.250 KN enable weights per pieces varying from 5 to 1.200 g.

There is no problem realizing quantities of 2000 up to 1.000.000 pieces per month. We are specialized in precision cast parts for the building fitting, do-it-yourself, electronics, furniture, locking, office furniture and packaging industry.

As a member of the "Zinkreinheitsverband" (German association of zinc puritiy) we only use alloys with highest purity, according to DIN EN 12844. In our excellent equipped treatment and assembly department we are able to offer for instance 900.000 thread cuts a month at most varying measurements.

Our mould construction department equipped with the most modern machines and CAD/CAM working units guarantee highest standards and up to one million parts out of one mould yet ensuring constant precision.

Of course we also offer all our die cast parts with conventional galvanic layers.
